Zhao Tianyang

Mr.Zhao is charge of the strategic coordination of the company, and the division of major investment and financing arrangements and capital operation of the company. He is the Deputy General Manager of Shougang Group and Vice Chairman of Shougang Fund. Mr. Zhao holds a bachelor degree in science, a master degree in economics from Peking University and an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.

Li Wei

Mr.Li is responsible for the public relations and channel development. Mr.Li holds a master’s degree in Management from Renmin University of China.

Liang Hengyi

Mr.Liang is responsible for the integrated parking facilities division. Mr. Liang holds a Doctorate Degree in Management from the Chinese Academy of Sciences and he is certified as a Senior Economist.

Zhang Meng

Ms.Zhang is responsible for business management of Shoucheng Rongshi, and holds a master degree in law from the University of Tubingen, Germany.

Liang Lixia

Ms.Liang is responsible for strategic planning and daily operational management of E Park. Ms. Liang holds a bachelor degree in agriculture from Northeast Forestry University.

Ye Qian

Liu Quanfeng

Mr.Liu is responsible for the operation and management of infrastructure real estate investment trusts (REITs) business and Shoucheng Cornerstone, and is also the general manager of the Capital Industrial Development Center.

Xia Xiaohong

Ms.Xia is responsible for the company's organizational operation management, cadre team management ,organizing the company's compliance audit related work. Also in charge of the General Manager of the Organizational Development Department. Ms.Xia holds a master degree in finance from Tsinghua University.

Meng Ziyang

Mr. Meng is responsible for overseeing the implementation of strategic investments in parking and new energy vehicle charging and replacement facilities, as well as equity investments at a strategic level. He is the general manager of the Strategic Investment Department，coordinates the management of overseas companies, also in charge of the Board Office and the Legal Affairs Department. Mr. Meng holds a master degree in law from the University of Tubingen, Germany, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from European School of Management and Technology, Germany.

Li Yao

Mr.Li is responsible for overseeing the company's human resources management, participating in investment analysis and decision-making for real estate infrastructure projects, as well as post-investment asset management. Mr. Li holds a Master's degree in Urban Planning from Peking University.

Zhao Weixu

Mr.Zhao is responsible for financial management of the company and serving as the General Manager of the Operations and Finance Department. Mr. Zhao holds a Bachelor's degree in Management from Centra University of Finance and Economics and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Beiing Jiaotong University. Mr.Zhao is a non practicing member of the China Association of Certified Public Accountants.
